  • Cookies and identifiers, when enabled (details in our Cookie Policy).

3) Why we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Respond to contacts and requests;

  • Understand your demand and prepare proposals and quotes;

  • Execute services in China (sourcing, negotiation, audit, inspection, production monitoring, container loading);

  • Send information about project progress, reports, and evidence;

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations;

  • Protect our rights, prevent fraud, and increase security;

  • Send institutional and marketing communications when you authorize it or when there is an applicable legal basis.

4) Legal bases (LGPD)

We process personal data based on one or more hypotheses provided for in the LGPD, as the case may be:

  • Legitimate interest (e.g., improving service, website security, internal organization);

  • Consent (e.g., promotional communications when required);

  • Compliance with legal/regulatory obligations;

  • Regular exercise of rights (e.g., defense in legal proceedings).

5) Who we may share your data with

BSA does not sell personal data. We may share data only when necessary with:

  • Professionals and partners involved in service execution in China (e.g., outsourced inspectors), always limited to what is necessary;

  • Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or valid order;

  • Operational partners linked to your project (e.g., consultancies, translators, when requested or necessary to perform the service).

6) International data transfer

As BSA operates with a team and execution in China, there may be international data transfers to facilitate services (e.g., sending specifications, photos, reports, and technical information for local execution). When this happens, we adopt measures to maintain protection standards, with restricted access and use compatible with the service’s purpose.

7) How long we keep the data

We keep your data:

  • For the time necessary to meet your request and perform the service;

  • For the period required by law, by contractual obligations, audits, or to safeguard rights.

  • After this, the data may be deleted or anonymized, where applicable.

8) Information security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, leakage, loss, and misuse. Even so, no environment is 100% immune. If a relevant incident occurs, we will take appropriate measures and evaluate necessary communications.

9) Your rights as a data subject (LGPD)

You may request, at any time:

  • Confirmation and access to your data;

  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;

  • Anonymization, blocking, or elimination of unnecessary or excessive data;

  • Portability, when applicable;

  • Information about sharing;

  • Revocation of consent (when processing depends on it);
